🏡 Care for the housePlease treat the house, furnishings and outdoor areas with care.
🛠️ DamagesPlease report any damage or breakages as soon as possible.
🥫 Food on departureRemove all food and rubbish from the fridge and cupboards on the day you leave.
🗑️ WastePlace all waste into the garbage collection when checking out.
SECURE PAYMENT

Pay from Brazil or overseas

Bookings are priced in Brazilian reais (R$). Brazilian guests can pay by PIX or card, and international guests can pay by supported international cards through Mercado Pago.

🌍 International guests Pay using supported international credit cards through Mercado Pago. Your card provider may apply its own foreign-exchange or international transaction fees.
💱 Currency display Choose BRL, GBP, USD or EUR in the booking calculator. Converted amounts are estimates for convenience; payment is processed in BRL.

Secure checkout will activate once the Mercado Pago merchant account is connected to the website backend. Private Mercado Pago credentials are never stored in the public webpage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Choose your booking option

Choose our Firm cancellation policy or save 10% with a Non-Refundable booking.

Firm booking Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable — Save 10% Receive 10% off the total booking price when you select the Non-Refundable option. Once booked, this option cannot be refunded if you cancel.

👥 Groups over 6 guestsR$150 per extra guest, per night, for each guest above 6.
💳 Payment optionsPIX is available. PIX key: [email protected]. Instalments can be arranged in up to 12 payments. The full balance must be paid no later than 30 days before check-in.

Airbnb calendar sync

The website is prepared for two-way Airbnb calendar syncing so booked dates can be blocked across both platforms.

Connection required: add the Airbnb calendar export (iCal) link and a booking calendar/backend for this direct-booking site. Until those are connected, the availability shown here is not live.
